These Terms & Conditions apply to the sportshub platform (sportshub.bet) and all associated services. By opening an account, making a deposit, or using any service on sportshub, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full.
Sportshub reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members in advance via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
02 Account Registration & Eligibility
To register on sportshub, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested as proof of age.
- You must provide your real name, address, date of birth, and contact details on the registration form. Providing inaccurate or false information may result in account termination.
- Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method, all associated accounts will be suspended.
- Accounts are for personal use only. Using your account for commercial purposes or to place bets on behalf of others is strictly prohibited.
As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, we may request identity documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
03 Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

04 Betting Rules & Terms

- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless sportshub itself acknowledges an error.
- All pre-match bets must be confirmed before the event begins. Bets placed after a match has started will not be settled at pre-match odds.
- Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds displayed at the time your bet is submitted are final.
- Sportshub reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed for a match or event.
- Betting based on match fixing or the use of insider information is strictly prohibited. Any account suspected of such activity will be subject to investigation.
If an event is cancelled or does not take place, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded. Where a match is shorter or longer than the scheduled duration, results will be settled in accordance with sportshub's own rules.
05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Sportshub regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply whenever you use these offers:
- Each bonus comes with its own Wagering Requirement — typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
- Claiming the same bonus more than once from the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.
- Bonus offers are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of the offer period.
- Withdrawing before meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited, and any associated winnings may also be voided.
06 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on sportshub:
- Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets or manage your account.
- Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (Bonus Abuse).
- Colluding with others to manipulate bets (Match Fixing or Syndicate Betting).
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Harassing, intimidating, or using inappropriate language towards other members or staff.
- Attempting unauthorised access to sportshub's systems or carrying out any form of cyber attack.
07 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Sportshub reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Evidence of terms violations or suspicious account activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
- Regulatory directives or legal obligations.
- Extended inactivity (no login for more than 24 months).
You may also request account closure at any time by emailing support@sportshub.bet. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed, but active bonuses will be forfeited.
08 Limitation of Liability
Sportshub strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, temporary outages may occur due to technical reasons. A few important points on this:
- Sportshub is not liable for any bets that could not be placed due to server downtime or technical issues.
- Sportshub is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues or problems with your device.

10 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a bet result or payment, please email support@sportshub.bet with full details. Our team will respond within 48 hours.
- In the event of a dispute, sportshub's system logs and records shall be treated as the definitive evidence.
- If a resolution is not reached at the first stage, the dispute will be referred to an independent third-party arbitration.
- Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident; claims raised after this period will not be accepted.
